DESCRIPTION
Construction of a logistics hub for Amazon. The project contemplates a 101,000 sqm warehouse with 98 loading bays and 7,000 sqm of annexed office space. The building is prefabricated using vibrated reinforced concrete and pretensioned reinforced concrete, with a bacacier type roof, precast concrete and metal panel walling. The project includes MEP installation works, offsite works and all external works (plot area 237,000 sqm). The building is BREEAM Very Good certified.
