DESCRIPTION
Refurbishment and completion of a hotel complex, including the supply of all furnishings. The complex consists of 83 bedrooms, a restaurant with an indoor bar, a restaurant with an outdoor bar, an indoor swimming-pool, an outdoor swimming-pool with SPA, a conference room and a games area. Total surface area concerned: 16,000 sqm of which 10,000 sqm relates to open spaces and landscaped areas.
