Reconstruction and new extension of a building dated beginning of the 19th century in the heart of Prague, only a few steps away from Wenceslas Square. The building consists of high quality offices and commercial spaces, designed to accommodate international clients. Project surfaces: 1 floor basement 1,350 sqm, 8 floors aboveground 9,450 sqm for a total of 10,800 sqm. Realization of all civil works and MEP installations. The building is LEED Gold certified.
