DESCRIPTION
Refurbishment and completion of a hotel complex, including the supply of all furnishings. The complex consists of 276 bedrooms, a restaurant with a seating capacity for 400 guests, 19 conference rooms, a 2,200 sqm SPA and a park with a natural swimming pool. Surface areas according to the project are as follows: living area 21,440 sqm, parking area and plant rooms 18,000 sqm and private landscaped parkland 9,000 sqm.
